Restaurant Villa Annette
The restaurant nurtures our grandmas’ original recipes which are based on Istrian fruits: mushrooms from local forests, Čepić fields’ truffles, wild asparagus, fish, crabs and shellfish from the Kvarner Bay, pumpkins, chestnuts and Mediterranean spices: rosemary, sage and bay leaf that grow all around Labin area. The wine list includes more than hundred and twenty sorts of Istrian, Croatian and international wines, and is proud of Villa Annette Selection extra virgin olive oil from the family olive grove. VA Selection consists of: full of taste Essentia Mediteranea, aromatic Lecino, spicy and fruity Frantoio and delicate Buža. In spring, the hotel and restaurant organize Asparagus Days with guided harvest and olive oil tasting.
